In the age of spam, sometimes our emails are incorrectly flagged as spam by filters in various email programs.
While this is largely out of our control, there are a few things you can do to reduce the chance of this happening:
Check your 'Junk Email' or 'Spam' folder.
If you see an email from us in there, checkmark it and click the button that says "Not Spam" or "Recover from Spam" - or something like this.
Add Brazilia to your "Safe Senders" list.
Depending on the email program you are using, this is also sometimes called a "Whitelist".
